1. Custom Orders
As all products are customized, refunds are generally not applicable once production has started.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Cancellation after production will not be eligible for refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged products, please notify us within 48 hours with images for review and resolution.
4. Refund Eligibility
